Our lead lawyer, Mr. Henry M. Terrell, has spent over twenty-five (25) years working with real estate and recording matters. He served in the Recorder of Deeds Office for the District of Columbia from 1981 until 2000, initially as a Deputy Recorder, then as the Recorder of Deeds. Then he expanded his knowledge and experience in the General Counsel's Office at the Office of Tax and Revenue in the District of Columbia until 2004. While there, he co-authored the Final Rulemaking for the new Tax Sale regulations promulgated under §47-1301 of the DC Code and adopted to amend the Taxation and Assessment Regulations to Chapter 3 of Title 9 DCMR "Real Property Tax Sales".

Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania, Attorney Terrell is a member of the District of Columbia Board of Real Property Assessment and Appeals (BRPAA), as well as the District of Columbia Board of Real Estate as well as the DC Land Title Association.
